I have DB 9 and by coincidence I saw the set list. The Jerry site (another good idea, thanks) confirms the set list. I thought he was off the sauce in '85, as my first guess was that he and Kahn were racing to get backstage. As far as I can tell, which is not comprehensive, Jerry never did this again at his shows.
